Transaction Manager - Jaguar Land Rover Oxford

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to Sales Executives to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtain valuations for part exchanges.
  • Compile and analyze monthly sales performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of Sales Executives in finance and insurance.
