Job Title: Transaction Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Manager to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of excellent customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales executives to achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtain valuations for part exchanges.
  • Compile monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Develop and implement training programs to upskill the sales executive team in finance and insurance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Transaction Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of finance and insurance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
