Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Accomplish Today, your primary objective is to drive profitable, long-term business growth by fostering strong relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients. Your focus will be on expanding revenue streams across our range of services, including CIS, Umbrella, and Accountancy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement a general strategy across all managed accounts to drive sales activity and growth.
  • Work with internal teams to service and grow client relationships, operating from consultant to senior level.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities and lead generation to sustain and grow accounts.
  • Conduct field-based activities, including networking events, to maintain and expand client relationships.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to face-to-face meetings, video calls, telephone, and email activity.
Requirements
  • Preferred experience in the payroll sector or recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement account plans.
  • Solid commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in presenting to customers at various levels, including senior positions.
  • Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
