Marketing Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

We are a well-established, award-winning brewery based in Shipley, West Yorkshire, with a passion for quality and a commitment to delivering exceptional products to our customers across the UK.

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brewery's marketing plans, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. This is a maternity cover position, and we are looking for someone who can start in November for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of marketing activity, including email marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Oversee the marketing plan, planning activity across all channels, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Run an effective email marketing strategy, including weekly newsletters and automated email programs.
  • Day-to-day running of social media platforms, including writing copy, creating graphics, and scheduling activity.
  • Oversee our digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, SEO, affiliates, and paid social.
  • Manage PR activity, including press releases, gifting, and updating PR contacts.
  • Image creation: oversee and create photography and graphics for email, website, and social media.
  • Analysis and optimisation of performance across channels.

Requirements:

  • An experienced Marketing professional with a background in FMCG marketing or retail, hospitality, or drinks industry is preferable but not necessary.
  • A multi-channel approach to marketing across both digital and traditional marketing techniques.
  • Ability to work with teams across the business as well as agencies and various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and associated apps.
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
  • A degree, certificate, or diploma in marketing.
