Marketing and Events Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and Events Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our Senior Team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our brand strategy, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, working closely with the Senior Team and Board to drive business growth and development.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
- Manage the design and development of marketing materials, including packaging design, merchandise, and associated marketing collateral.
- Oversee the management of various events held throughout the year, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
- Measure and analyze marketing outcomes to optimize marketing activities and drive business growth.
- Proven marketing and digital marketing expertise, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and drive business growth.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and travel within the UK as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
