We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave and lead our marketing strategy during an exciting period of investment and growth for the brewery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the brewery's marketing plans, driving brand awareness and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing activity, including planning, email marketing, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including photography and graphics for email, website, and social media.
  • Analyze and optimize performance across channels to ensure maximum impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing or retail, hospitality, or drinks industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and ability to execute campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels.
  • Degree, certificate, or diploma in marketing.
