About the Role

We are excited to partner with a high-growth ecommerce brand to recruit their brand new Acquisition Lead to join their growing Digital team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of their retail ecommerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement PPC campaigns across various platforms to attract and convert new customers.
  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to optimize PPC and SEO campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of PPC and SEO strategies with overall marketing efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in PPC, SEO, and retail ecommerce.
Day-to-Day Activities
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform PPC and SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and optimise PPC campaigns to improve click-through rates and conversions.
  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimisations to improve search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad copy and landing pages.
  • Analyse campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and managing PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
  • Solid background in SEO with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic.
  • Experience in the retail ecommerce industry, with a deep understanding of customer behaviour and buying patterns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
