Senior Account Manager - £45-50k + Bonus - Corporate Travel Agency

C&M Travel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our established team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing strategic business plans, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 corporate clients, understanding their strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive client growth and retention.
  • Deliver regular strategic reviews of the travel programme, ensuring SLAs are met and driving contract renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional account management in the corporate travel sector.
  • Experience in writing client development business plans and strategic reviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to pick up on buying signals and consultatively sell relevant solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
