We are currently in search of a skilled and motivated Public Relations Communications Lead to join our team and elevate our brand visibility, credibility, and recognition.

Position Summary: This is a full-time position based in Dubai. The Public Relations Communications Lead will oversee press releases, strategic messaging, media relations, partnerships, and corporate communications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and executing comprehensive communication strategies to unify messaging channels and promote a consistent brand voice and identity.
  • Managing media inquiries and securing media opportunities such as editorials, podcasts, awards, etc., for the organization and its leadership.
  • Building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
  • Creating engaging blogs and articles for our website.
  • Designing and implementing innovative campaigns, including viral content, educational materials, and collaborations with relevant influencers.
  • Crafting compelling executive-level communications to articulate the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
  • Leading comprehensive thought leadership initiatives, including CSR programs, and positioning key executives as industry authorities through speaking engagements, op-ed contributions, and industry collaborations.
  • Overseeing the development of all external communications, including the company website, SEO strategies, media kits, newsletters, press releases, and corporate branding assets.
  • Creating and executing a thorough crisis communication strategy to protect the company's reputation.
  • Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, and stakeholder sentiments to proactively identify opportunities and address challenges.
  • Providing strategic advice to senior management on communications, reputation management, and crisis response.
  • Implementing effective internal communication strategies, including innovative internal campaigns.
  • Serving as a liaison between management and staff to foster positive relationships and address employee concerns.
  • Evaluating employee feedback and engagement to enhance communication effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, an outgoing personality, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in public relations, corporate communications, strategic messaging, and media relations.
  • Proficient in creating impactful press releases, blog posts, and various content types.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Interest and experience in technology, fintech, and emerging technologies (especially web3).
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related discipline (Master's degree is advantageous).
  • Experience in crisis management and issue resolution.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
