Key Responsibilities:- Manage all payroll activities, including implementation of new payroll systems and ensuring timely processing of payrolls.
- Process payroll for approximately 300 employees across 4 companies.
- Report to the UK HR Director and take responsibility for ensuring all payrolls are processed in a timely manner and for auditing purposes.
- Assist in collecting data for annual pay reviews, benefit renewals, and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Calculate commission and bonus payments.
- Prepare monthly finance journals and movement reports.
- At least 3 years end-to-end payroll experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of tax and payroll legislation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and systems skills.
- Computer literacy in using Microsoft Office suite and payroll software.
- Level 3 CIPP (desirable).
- Accounting experience (desirable).
