Electrical Test and Inspection/Installations Engineer - Bristol

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Test and Inspection/Installations Engineer to join our team at Anonymous. As an Electrical Test and Inspection/Installations Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough inspections and testing of electrical installations, including emergency lighting testing, fire alarm inspections, mains analysis, thermal imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate reports and certification associated with your inspection and testing using our cloud-based certification software.
  • Carrying out LED lighting replacements both in hours and out of hours in line with the project schedule.

In return for your expertise and commitment, you will receive:

  • A competitive base salary of £36,314, with average earnings of circa £50,350 (base salary plus bonus, on-call, overtime/weekends, and paid travel time).

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • The flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening and twilight shifts to support our customers' requirements.
  • The ability to travel to sites across the ROI and the flexibility to stop over when required.
  • A full UK driving license, with 6 points or less.
  • SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification, or equivalent Level 3 NVQ.
  • IPAF 3a & 3b license.
  • Experience working in an electrical testing environment.
  • Experience with electrical installation/project work, specifically commercial lighting replacements.
