Main Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough electrical inspections and testing to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and servicing to prevent downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  3. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Undertake new electrical inspections and provide detailed reports to clients.
  5. Action reactive electrical works to address urgent issues and prevent further damage.
  6. Complete emergency lighting inspections and repairs to ensure safety and compliance.
  7. Carry out company works as required and to desired standards, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive external perception of the company.
  9. Comply with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service.
  10. Produce high-quality reporting on time and to agreed standards.
  11. Adhere to the company's quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. UK Driving Licence (required)
  2. Experience in electrical repair, maintenance, servicing & installations, preferably within the public sector
  3. A sound knowledge of tools, equipment & materials common to the Electrical Trade
  4. Current Trade Qualifications
  5. Good communication skills, both verbal & written
  6. The ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings
  7. IT literate
  8. A commitment to great customer service
