This full-time role (40 hours per week) offers various opportunities within our clinical teams. The successful candidates will engage in a unique split role, dedicating 50% of their time to clinical responsibilities within one of our psychiatry teams and the remaining 50% to the Medical Education Directorate.

The selected individuals will collaborate closely with local clinical teams, enhancing their skills in chosen clinical areas. Following the selection process, candidates will have the opportunity to express their preferences for specific posts.

There are no on-call duties associated with this position.

The educational component of this role is supported by a collaborative team within the Medical Education Directorate. The role provides ample opportunities for personal and professional development, including simulation training, leadership development, undergraduate education, and quality improvement initiatives throughout the year.
