Job Overview

**Associate Research Director**

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Research Director to join our team at Harnham. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading and managing various behavioral science-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement behavioral science strategies to enhance service offerings and product development.
  • Conduct both traditional and online qualitative research to gather insights and inform business decisions.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth and development.
  • Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders, managing projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with behavioral science frameworks and principles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in consultancy or agency environments.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Extensive qualitative research background with proficiency in diverse methodologies.
