Associate Research Director

Aspire Data Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Associate Research Director to join our growing research team in London. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of up to £70,000 + bonus & benefits.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Research Director, you will lead a team in managing multiple client projects, utilizing multivariate research approaches to address critical business needs and questions. You will be responsible for designing and managing research studies from proposal to presentation, with a focus on quantitative research experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in managing multiple client projects, utilizing multivariate research approaches.
  • Design and manage research studies from proposal to presentation, with a focus on quantitative research experience.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Research Director to develop and implement research strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in research methodology.
Requirements
  • University degree in a research-related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a market research agency, with a strong background in quantitative research.
  • Experience with data processing software such as Q, Askia, or SPSS.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
