Job Title: Associate Director for Research

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced research professional to lead and manage various behavioral science-driven projects. As an Associate Director for Research, you will apply behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development, conduct both traditional and online qualitative research, and oversee and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage behavioral science-driven projects from inception to completion.
  • Apply behavioral science principles to enhance service offerings and product development.
  • Conduct qualitative research using traditional and online methodologies.
  • Oversee and mentor junior team members, guiding their professional growth.
  • Deliver strategic insights to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong commercial acumen and proven industry experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in consultancy or agency environments.
  • At least 5 years of commercial experience.
  • Extensive qualitative research background with proficiency in diverse methodologies.
