Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Fleet Compliance Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance Team, you'll be responsible for managing compliance for our vehicles, working closely with the Compliance Manager and Equipment Team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and book events for the equipment and asset accessories
- Collaborate with neighbouring team leaders to ensure processes are running smoothly
- Create schedules in line with regulations and ensure current suppliers meet these
- Ensure the team is meeting targets while supporting their personal development
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of process analysis
