About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Compliance Team Leader to join our team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our fleet operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and book events for the equipment and asset accessories
  • Collaborate with neighbouring team leaders to ensure processes are running smoothly
  • Create schedules in line with the regulations and ensuring current suppliers meet these
  • Ensure the team is meeting targets whilst supporting their personal development
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Knowledge of process analysis
