Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Clarus Education Ltd. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to students in a SEN school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student support.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including occupational therapy interventions and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and therapy services provided.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Occupational Therapy (BSc or MSc)
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
