Job Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sutton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing a Trusted Assessor Framework across South West London.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Trusted Assessor Framework to ensure effective equipment and adaptation prescribing
* Design and deliver training programs for trusted assessors to enhance their knowledge and skills
* Collaborate with training providers to ensure high-quality training and evaluation of the framework's effectiveness
* Gather and utilize resident feedback to inform framework improvements
* Provide support and guidance to a Senior Occupational Therapist and report to the Principal/Lead Occupational Therapist with regular supervision
Requirements
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Experience in line management and trusted assessor roles
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
