Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor

Irwin and Colton, a specialist Health and Safety recruitment company, is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety professional to work with our clients across various industries, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support existing consultants in advising and reporting on health and safety across client sites
  • Monitor and report on onsite strategies and objectives to create a positive health and safety culture
  • Deliver a range of services, including auditing, policy review, training, risk assessments, and management systems assessment
  • Engage internally to share best practice and ideas, assessing opportunities for improvement and innovation
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience working in a Health and Safety role, with consultancy experience ideal but not essential
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and clients
  • A positive and pragmatic attitude to network and build strong client relationships
  • Full driving license and comfortable traveling across South West London
