**As a MDT Administrator you will**:

- Set up and attend MDT meetings.
- Organise patient clinical records and reports in time for meetings.
- Enter patient details onto any electronic software including summary of meeting outcomes.
- Disseminate information to consultant on behalf of each meeting chair to ensure the smooth running of the meeting.
- Liaise with Consultants and members of the MDT to obtain all relevant information sa required.
- Ensure outcomes are filed into the patients’ clinical records both hard copy and electronically
- Maintain all documents related to the running of the MDT and ensure these remain in date
- Provide full time cover when MDT Coordinator is on annual leave
