Lead and Inspire a Team of Support Workers

Lifeways is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team in Croydon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver exceptional person-centred care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of support workers to ensure excellent care and support is delivered
  • Recruit and develop support workers through staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and guidance
  • Communicate effectively with staff, individuals we support, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize IT skills for record keeping
