As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our branch and build a strong care team that delivers personal care services to our clients. You will ensure the branch has enough qualified care workers to meet demand, maintain high standards of care, and make sure all processes are correctly followed and documented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Registered Manager status.
  • Proven experience managing a branch in domiciliary care.
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality community care.
  • Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks for care services.
  • Good budgeting, business management, and commercial skills.
