Salary: £45,000 - £54,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

On-call: Weekday and Saturday lists

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Radiographer to join our team at Compass Associates Ltd. As a Clinical MRI Radiographer Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality MRI scans to patients, working closely with our team of radiologists and clinicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI scans on patients, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines
  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to interpret scan results and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient scans and diagnoses
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest MRI technology and techniques
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of MRI protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Radiographer
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MRI scanning
  • Strong background in MSK and Orthopaedics MRI scans
  • In-depth knowledge of MRI safety, particularly on patients with implants
  • Profound understanding of processes and procedures within MRI scanning
  • Experience working with Siemens MRI scanners
