A unique opportunity has arisen for a seasoned FM professional to lead a best-in-class FM service offering at one of London's most iconic mixed-use estates.

This world-class estate boasts a plethora of Grade A commercial office space, high-end retail, and large areas of public realm where numerous events are hosted throughout the year.

As the Estate Director, you will lead a dynamic team of FM professionals in a fast-paced environment to deliver a first-class service to both occupiers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced FM professionals to deliver a best-in-class FM service provision across the estate.
  • Line management of the operational team across the estate.
  • Oversight of ESG and CSR across the estate.
  • Oversight of compliance, promotional works, budgets, and high-level operational activity.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service standards are set across the estate.
  • Oversight of Health & Safety management.
  • Ensure technical maintenance and services are maintained to the highest levels through direct reports.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned FM professional with experience of working across high-end, mixed-use estates.
  • MIWFM (desirable but not essential).
  • IOSH/Nebosh certificate.
