El objetivo de este puesto es la fabricación de componentes mecanizados mediante la configuración y operación de tornos CNC y centros de mecanizado vertical de 3 y 5 ejes. Es fundamental mantener la calidad a través de controles rutinarios y cumplir con todos los requisitos de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente según los estándares establecidos.

Las responsabilidades clave incluirán:

• Descargar programas desde el servidor de archivos

• Configurar ensamblajes de herramientas CNC y mantener el sistema de gestión de herramientas

• Configurar y operar centros de mecanizado CNC

• Validar nuevos programas de introducción de productos

• Utilizar instrumentos de medición como calibradores y medidores de rosca para asegurar el cumplimiento de las tolerancias especificadas en los datos de ingeniería.

• Realizar tareas de mantenimiento diario/semanal según el plan de mantenimiento del centro de mecanizado

• Mantener operaciones seguras cumpliendo con los procedimientos y regulaciones de seguridad.

• Participar en actividades de mejora continua

• Completar toda la documentación necesaria según se requiera.

• Ingresar datos de eficiencia operativa en máquina de manera rutinaria

• Colaborar con el gerente de producción y el equipo de programación para identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos y reducción de tiempos de ciclo

• Apoyar a los colegas del equipo

• Mantener un buen orden y limpieza según los procesos 5S

• Asumir la responsabilidad de la calidad de su propia producción

• Realizar otras tareas según lo solicitado razonablemente por el gerente de producción.

Requisitos del Trabajo

Se requiere un aprendiz indentificado o un equivalente de aprendizaje moderno, con experiencia en la configuración y operación de centros de mecanizado vertical de 3 y 5 ejes y tornos CNC.
NVQ Nivel 2+3 en ingeniería mecánica
Diploma nacional B-Tec en ingeniería mecánica o equivalente.
Capacidad para utilizar una amplia gama de herramientas de medición para facilitar la inspección de componentes terminados.
