Position: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

Company: Pacer Staffing

Shift: Rotational schedule

Contract Duration: Initial term with potential for extension or transition

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental monitoring is essential.
  • Skills in water sampling and filtration, along with utility monitoring, are critical.
  • Prior experience in gowning procedures, LEL/Endotoxin testing, and process oversight is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or GLIMS software is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Professional background in Quality Assurance with a degree in Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 13 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards for sterile pharmaceutical products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with Pfizer is a plus.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform environmental monitoring and water sampling in controlled environments.
  • Oversee testing for component and product release.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and foster effective relationships.
