Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting in Plymouth. As a key member of our Building Surveying team, you will be responsible for delivering a range of building surveying services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing client briefs and delivering core building surveying services
  • Contract administration and project delivery
  • Party wall and JCT contract administration
  • Defect analysis and rectifications
  • Technical compliance roles and specification writing
  • Producing schedules of work and design
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification for a minimum of 5 years
  • Broad working knowledge of building surveying services across different client sectors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong numeracy skills and computer literacy
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting workloads and manage own time
  • Professional image and confident persona
