Job Summary

FM Conway is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Assistant to join our team in Westminster City Council contract. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Westminster.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all financial aspects of the Westminster Contract, ensuring prompt and accurate billing and record keeping.
  • Ensure all financial aspects of a project are set up on Westforms, reported and closed in conjunction with the procedures agreed on the Westminster Contract.
  • Set up new users on Westforms and provide user support for Project Managers with monthly progress updates.
  • Attend and participate in Westminster Monthly Progress meetings.
  • Work with FM Conway's head office Credit Control team to achieve prompt payment of sales ledger invoices and update progress on aged debtors reports.
  • Run the month-end reporting pack and upload onto Huddle on the last working day of each month.
  • Be the main point of contact for all project financial queries from the client, stakeholders, and third parties.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a busy and varied finance environment.
  • Good financial and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong customer focus.
  • Previous experience in a credit control/accounts payable or accounts receivable role would be beneficial.
  • The ability to drive and possess a full UK driving license.
