Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Coordinator to provide administrative support to our CEO and other executives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and written correspondence
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies and managing vendor relationships
  • Manage office technology and IT systems, troubleshooting issues and assisting staff with technology-related tasks
  • Provide project assistance and team support as required
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Russian
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in managing multiple calendars and arranging complex travel itineraries
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack
