We are seeking a skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Health Charity. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented finance or accounting professional to make a meaningful contribution to the healthy finances of our charity.

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring income is processed, reconciled, and recorded accurately. You will manage the sales ledger, participate in banking activities, undertake system administration, and support the management of the mail. You will also process bank receipts and communicate updates to non-finance staff and the wider organisation.

To succeed in this role, you will need proven experience in finance or accounting, especially in transaction processing and reconciliation. Proficiency in financial and CRM systems is also essential.

Other organisations may refer to this role as Accounts Clerk, Accounts Junior, Charity Accountant, Income Reconciliation Officer, Treasury Officer, or Finance Administrator.
