About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25kg
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
