Job Title: Parcel Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

About the Role:
  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations through exceptional service delivery

Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
