Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure accurate and safe handling of parcels
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
  • Adhere to Royal Mail Group's policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 25kg
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
