We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to enhance our Ocean Spa team. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with guests both in person and over the phone, as this role encompasses providing treatments and managing our reception area. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as is a desire to contribute to a thriving spa environment.
At our resort, we cater to numerous guests who are eager to indulge in relaxation during their stay. As a member of our skilled therapist team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a memorable spa experience.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about maintaining high standards and can thrive in a dynamic spa setting. A collaborative spirit and a proactive approach are key attributes for success in this role.
You should possess a Level 3 qualification in beauty, massage, holistic therapy, or a related field; however, we are open to considering candidates with a Level 2 qualification who are currently pursuing their Level 3.
Our operational hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM, including weekends and public holidays. This is a permanent position, requiring 35 hours of work per week across five days, with payment issued on a fortnightly basis.
Flexible Work Options
We are open to discussing part-time hours, and we may also provide live-in accommodation based on age and working hours.
