Technical Sales Representative

About the Role:
The Company is a leading provider of structural support solutions for the Building and Civil Engineering sector. We offer a comprehensive range of products designed to provide safe, simple, and cost-effective solutions for our customers.
As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling the rental of structural support solutions to demolition, specialist, and tier 1 contractors throughout London and the surrounding counties.
You will have a regional depot and support staff to ensure the timely delivery of products to customers. In addition, you will work with colleagues across the business divisions in the area and share leads with each other to ensure continuity in expertise.
Your primary objective will be to deliver profitable growth through the development of new business and growing existing business. You will manage your sales pipeline through effective scheduling and ensure you are identifying and personally managing key projects and customers within your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell structural support solutions to contractors
- Manage sales pipeline and identify key projects and customers
- Work with colleagues to share leads and ensure continuity in expertise
- Deliver profitable growth through new business development and existing business growth
Requirements:
- Experience in a field sales role within the construction sector
- Ability to plan diary/time effectively
- Confidence in winning new business and managing existing accounts
- Full driving license
What We Offer:
- Basic salary of £30k-£40k
- Uncapped OTE (paid monthly in arrears)
