Job Title: Head of Commercial Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Development to join our central functions team at High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting defined Hovis Retailer brand development projects, providing site support across the UK, and working closely with our Technical, Commercial, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support defined Hovis Retailer brand development projects
  • Provide site support across the UK on various projects
Requirements:
  • Experienced at working with bakery teams and understanding manufacturing and site Technical compliance requirements
  • Ability to provide clear direction and project delivery
