About the Ad Ops Campaign Executive / Manager Role

This role is responsible for leading the ad operations and campaign management within the programmatic team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up, troubleshooting, delivering, and optimizing campaigns sold by the Gadsme direct sales team.
  • Reporting into the Head of Programmatic and assisting in programmatic operations, driving revenue via the open marketplace.
  • Managing smaller programmatic connections, working autonomously with external demand partners to push performance.
  • Providing reporting and data duties to management as required, and post-campaign reporting to agencies and brands.
  • Collaborating with the wider business teams, using data-driven decisions to advise on product and business performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or media buying.
  • Proven experience with ad trafficking, campaign management, and optimization.
  • Experience working with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Smartadserver etc.).
  • Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytics skills, with the ability to use reporting and data to problem-solve and optimize campaigns.
  • Good Excel skills – VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables would be highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with third-party ad tags, viewability metrics, and brand safety tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via email and meetings.

Gadsme offers a competitive salary in the range of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience and level. As a remote-first company, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option for ad-hoc in-person meetings with your line manager.
