We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Administrator to join our team at ARC, a specialist Financial Services recruitment consultancy. As an Underwriting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the administration of loan applications, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Input loan applications and liaise with relevant departments to chase for submission of information/items
- Organise property valuation processes, including liaising with valuers
- Action items of incoming post, such as acknowledging offers
- Carry out Land Registry searches
- Dispatch Mortgage Offers and Solicitors Instructions following approval
- Respond to Customer, Intermediary or Solicitor enquiries, liaising with the relevant department
- Assist the Completions Officer with mortgage offer administration following the underwriting process
- Solid administration experience within Banking/Financial Services/Insurance
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with MS Office
- Keen to develop your career in the sector
- Basic salary of £25,000 + annual bonus
