Underwriting Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Administrator to join our team at ARC, a specialist Financial Services recruitment consultancy. As an Underwriting Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the administration of loan applications, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input loan applications and liaise with relevant departments to chase for submission of information/items
  • Organise property valuation processes, including liaising with valuers
  • Action items of incoming post, such as acknowledging offers
  • Carry out Land Registry searches
  • Dispatch Mortgage Offers and Solicitors Instructions following approval
  • Respond to Customer, Intermediary or Solicitor enquiries, liaising with the relevant department
  • Assist the Completions Officer with mortgage offer administration following the underwriting process
Requirements:
  • Solid administration experience within Banking/Financial Services/Insurance
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with MS Office
  • Keen to develop your career in the sector
