Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Attendant to join our team at Harbour Hotels. As a Hotel Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that hotel rooms are spotless and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to achieve the highest standards of room cleanliness and quality.
  • Liaise with the Head Housekeeper/Supervisor to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Report any technical issues, damages, or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
  • Perform cleaning of all storage, corridors, and public areas, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow the correct procedure for lost property.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and a focus on quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the housekeeping team.
  • Physical mobility and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for guest service.
  • Flexible work approach and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
