Job Summary

We're seeking a confident, creative, and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our team. As a mid-weight Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging visual content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop exceptional design concepts that meet creative briefs and align with our brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and across properties to ensure design output meets channel requirements.
  • Design for various channels, including social media, email, web, and print.
  • Liaise with external printers or production teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Pitch creative ideas and think outside the box to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing trends and software in design.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail on all design output.
  • Work closely with the in-house photographer to create captivating assets.
  • Manage digital screen systems and ensure online digital links are correct.
  • Evolve the brand identity through the creation of digital assets and maintain brand guidelines.
  • Act as a guardian for all design output, ensuring color, type, and visual equities follow the brand standards.
  • Provide fresh thinking, strong ideas, and high-level craftsmanship across all elements of design.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Passion for strong ideas and innovative thinking.
  • Pride in crafting fine details.
  • Ability to talk passionately and knowledgeably about creative work and output.
  • Self-starting, multifaceted designer who enjoys collaborating.
  • Hold a degree in graphic design or similar and be proficient in key Adobe Creative Cloud software.
  • Experience in designing social-first content and using social-first software.
