We are seeking an experienced HR & Training Administrator to join our team at Huntress. As an HR & Training Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, including personnel files, benefits, and performance data.
- Coordinate and administer recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including course planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to HR and training.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the HR function.
- Proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software systems.
- CIPD certification or equivalent experience in training administration (desirable).
- A competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with one day per week working from home (once probation is passed).
