Role: Customer Service Specialist

Start Date: ASAP Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, customer-driven environment? Join our Rapid Diagnostics team as a Customer Service Specialist We're seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual to help support our nationwide operations and ensure excellent service delivery.
Competitive salary: £Additional £6,000 for night shifts.
A shift-based role providing flexibility and a strong work-life balance.
Office hours: 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, with shifts like 8am to 4pm, 12pm to 8pm, and potential shifts from 10am to 6pm.
Deliver outstanding customer service, handling medical centre bookings and dashboard administration.
Manage the "Chemist on Call" service and oversee medical centre openings.
Respond to customer queries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Follow standard operating procedures to meet service levels (SLAs) and KPIs.
Previous experience in customer service or an administrative role.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
