Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Technology Leader to drive the next level of growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background delivering creative, customised solutions across technical strategy, cloud transformation, and software engineering to a wide array of clients and industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Lead business development activities and help shape an impactful go-to-market from a Tech perspective, identifying opportunities & selling services to both new and existing clients.
  2. Client Partnerships: Partner with clients and potential clients, advising them on how to engage in and drive their Technology transformation. Deepen existing and create new alliance partner relationships (Microsoft, AWS, Google, Salesforce etc) to develop amazing solutions for our clients.
  3. Practice Building: Build a Technology Enablement practice through a combination of business development, recruiting & talent management, oversight of delivery work, and thought leadership.
  4. Thought Leadership: Participate in industry forums, events and speaking engagements; identify industry-focused technology trends; work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other assets to build solution offerings.
  5. Team & Individual Development: Maximise team performance through mentorship, career development and an overall effective team approach that increases productivity and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  1. Experience building technology consulting capability, including managing people, owning P&L, and driving/supporting a sales pipeline from comparably sized consulting firms.
  2. Broad enterprise technology experience, complemented with a concentration in digital & cloud transformation (i.e., AWS, Azure, GCP), technology strategy, operating models, and capability development.
  3. Experience as a hands-on leader and advisor on digital or cloud transformation initiatives, including technical knowledge of one or more public cloud providers, Enterprise Architecture, and solution selections.
  4. Deep expertise managing complex relationships, including client executive leadership, local alliance partner leaders, and internal teams in a matrixed organisation, to seek buy-in on proposed strategies or solutions.
  5. Proven history of leveraging and growing existing client base; organic business development responsibilities to grow new and mature accounts.
  6. Deep understanding of consulting business operations (e.g., invoicing, SOW, margin, utilisation, etc.).
