Job Title: Associate Director, Global Technology Engineering

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Global Technology Engineering division. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of secure technology solutions that enable our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to global technology engineering teams, setting a clear vision for technology development and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cyber managed service trends, threats, and technologies, and implement proactive measures to enhance the global technology proposition for clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven demonstrable experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on technology engineering and architecture.
  • Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, encryption, and cloud security.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience leading global teams in a fast-paced, growth environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
