Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead the UK Skynet Service Delivery program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing all activities related to the successful delivery of major satellite and terrestrial communication network services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute program plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of services.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Manage program risks, issues, and changes to ensure minimal impact on the program.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Provide regular program updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive program growth.
Requirements
  • University degree in a STEM or business field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management.
  • UK citizenship and ability to obtain a UK Government security clearance.
  • Extensive experience leading complex programs and projects with cross-functional and matrixed resources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project planning, problem-solving, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in managing the delivery of satellite, telecommunications, or other technology services.
  • Experience in satellite communications, spacecraft operations, or launch services.
