Position Overview:

As a Culinary Supervisor, you will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the delivery of high-quality meals while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

Essential Qualifications:

• City & Guilds or equivalent culinary qualifications
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Basic Food Hygiene Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven and proactive attitude

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience catering to specific resident needs
• Familiarity with care environments (not mandatory)

Main Duties:

• Prepare and serve meals as required
• Mentor and support junior kitchen staff
• Conduct Food Hygiene training sessions
• Maintain accurate records and manage supplies
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Assist in stock management
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the kitchen
