Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Home First Therapy team in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients to regain their independence and remain in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and treatment for patients with complex needs, providing advice and guidance to health and social care professionals, carers, and relatives.
- Undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner, prioritizing tasks and functions against well-reasoned standards.
- Participate in continuing professional and service development, contributing to organisational objectives and promoting a healthy, happy workforce.
- Current registration with the Health Professions Council.
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio.
