Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Stoke Park. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase estate revenue, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients.
  • Event Sales: Proactively manage event sales, including negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors, and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational departments to ensure a smooth and tailored experience for clients and guests.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and partners to generate new business and increase revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the UK luxury hospitality market and experience working in a similar environment.
  • Skills: Sales driven, with a can-do positive attitude, great team player, and strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Education: Preferably a relevant degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Sales, or Event Management.
